Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst / ERP Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to serve as the right hand to our EVP of Finance & Operations. This role blends financial analysis, FP&A, ERP reporting, and accounting analytics with a forward-looking focus on strategy and investment evaluation.

The successful candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, and modeling while also owning NetSuite reporting, KPI dashboards, and board-level financial packages. You will not only provide technical and analytical support but also translate complex data into actionable insights that guide executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, and performance trends.
• Build and refine financial models to forecast business outcomes.
• Research market conditions and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Develop budgets and quarterly forecasts in partnership with leadership.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Own ERP (NetSuite) reporting and maintain KPI dashboards for executives.
• Prepare clear, accurate board-level financial reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Mathematics (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or ERP-based reporting.
• Strong technical skills in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred; SAP/Oracle acceptable).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); Python or R exposure a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing strongly preferred.
