[Remote] Windows Security Engineer

B-Yond develops AI-based network automation software, enabling Telcos to embrace web-scale operational models as they move to 5G and Edge Cloud. They are seeking an experienced Windows Security Engineer to join their infrastructure and security team, focusing on Active Directory management, Windows server patching, and compliance operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage enterprise Active Directory domains
• Design, harden, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Implement AD security best practices
• Monitor and remediate AD security risks
• Support identity-related incidents and audits
• Patch, build, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments
• Execute enterprise patch management strategies
• Harden systems using CIS and Microsoft security baselines
• Perform OS lifecycle management
• Remediate vulnerabilities
• Ensure compliance with CIS, NIST, SOX, PCI, HIPAA, or ISO standards
• Support audits and provide technical evidence
• Maintain configuration compliance
• Document standards and procedures
• Automate tasks using PowerShell
• Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams
• Act as a Windows security subject matter expert

Skills

• 10+ years of Windows engineering or security experience
• Deep expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory
• Enterprise patching and deployment experience
• Advanced PowerShell scripting
• Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives
• Windows security certifications (Microsoft, CISSP, GSEC, etc.)
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, WSUS
• Familiarity with PAM and EDR tools
• Experience in regulated environments
