Job Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer (Mid-Level) to help build and optimize engaging mobile experiences for our cutting-edge products. You will be a key part of a cross-functional team, working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable and polished apps on iOS and Android platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS (Kotlin/Swift) technologies.
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Implement intuitive UI/UX experiences in line with modern design principles.
• Optimize performance for mobile devices with attention to responsiveness and memory usage.
• Manage app store deployment pipelines (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, E2E) and troubleshoot issues across platforms.
• Contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural discussions in an agile setting.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Proficiency in React Native or Flutter (or both); bonus for native Android/iOS development experience.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, Dart, and/or Swift/Kotlin.
• Experience with mobile-specific API integrations and push notification services (Firebase, OneSignal, etc.).
• Knowledge of mobile performance profiling and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with secure storage, authentication flows, and data encryption on mobile.
• Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with mobile analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and crash reporting tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics).
• Understanding of offline-first app design and local data caching strategies.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and internationalization.
• Exposure to design systems and component-driven UI development.
