<\/div>The Front End Developer is responsible for bringing our hypotheses to life. Leveraging JS and/or the client’s code base and a variety of testing/optimization tools (Amplitude, Optimizely, Adobe Target, AB Tasty, VWO) to create experiences that solve customer problems and drive business growth.

<\/div>In this role, you will work closely with design teams and back -end developers to create user -friendly interfaces for our clients' web applications. You will be responsible for ensuring that our applications are easy to navigate, visually appealing, and performant.

<\/div>The ideal candidate is passionate about front -end development, has experience with modern web development technologies, and is comfortable working in a fast -paced environment.

<\/div>â Develop, optimize, and maintain high -performance, scalable web applications.

<\/div>â Translate complex UI/UX designs into functional and accessible interfaces.

<\/div>â Ensure responsive and cross -browser compatibility for a seamless user experience.

<\/div>â Implement and maintain state management solutions (Redux, Vuex, Zustand, etc.).

<\/div>â Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and microservices efficiently.

<\/div>â Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding best practices.

<\/div>â Apply performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading and code splitting.

<\/div>â Ensure web applications meet WCAG accessibility and SEO best practices.

<\/div>â Work within Agile/Scrum environments, actively participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements<\/h3>Basic Qualifications:<\/b>

<\/div>​<\/b>

<\/div>â 3+ years of relevant front -end development experience.

<\/div>â Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.

<\/div>â Extensive experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.

<\/div>â Strong understanding of CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, SCSS) and responsive design principles.

<\/div>â Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and handling asynchronous requests.

<\/div>â Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for effective team collaboration.

<\/div>â Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, caching, SSR).

<\/div>â Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

<\/div>â Strong problem -solving skills and ability to work independently.

<\/div>â Background in cloud -based deployments and DevOps practices.
