[Remote] DevOps Engineer (all genders)

They are seeking a full-time DevOps Engineer to contribute to technical concepts for new products and ensure seamless integration into existing infrastructure while maintaining system reliability and security.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of technical concepts for new products
• Ensure that innovative solutions are seamlessly integrated into our existing infrastructure
• Facilitate smooth collaboration between Development and Operations
• Improve operational processes
• Support effective alignment between Development and Operations
• Build a technical ecosystem that enables rapid development while guaranteeing maximum stability
• Keep systems reliable, up-to-date and secure
• Continuously maintain and update infrastructure
• Ensure strong security standards
• Work hands-on with existing and new systems
• Continuously learn and master new technologies and tools

Skills

• At least three years of experience in a similar role, ideally with additional experience in hosting environments or cloud infrastructures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• A degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent English skills and the willingness to use them within the team to enable effective collaboration
• A solid understanding of performance, security, and cost optimization in cloud environments
• A strong affinity for building efficient developer ecosystems and a high level of quality awareness
• Hands-on experience with technologies/tools such as Proxmox, Kubernetes, Ceph, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud-Init, Redfish, VLAN, VPN, VNC, MySQL + PostgreSQL + MongoDB clusters, ZFS, Cloudflare, API gateways, NATS (message broker), Keycloak (IDM)
