What You Will Be Doing

• Design and Deploy End-to-End Features : Transform user requirements from concept to delivery; validate specifications, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct comprehensive testing, and release to production
• Identify and Resolve Defects : Diagnose problems using root cause methodology, address underlying issues (rather than surface symptoms), and prevent recurrence through intelligent test coverage
• Elevate Code Standards : Assess design proposals and code submissions to ensure clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at the source

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating flawless interfaces or elaborate backend systems purely for technical elegance
• Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying challenge
• Spending time in continuous meetings about strategy and timelines or tracking down stakeholders
• Merely delivering features; your focus will be on resolving genuine problems

Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities

• Applying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, deploys quickly, and remains sustainable over time

Basic Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience writing production code for web applications’ frontend and backend (any framework).
• Strong ownership : Demonstrated experience owning complete modules, product features, or teams, not just contributing siloed tasks
• Independent execution : The ability to unblock yourself, set your own pace, and find paths forward in ambiguous situations
• Experience in using generative A.I. in your day-to-day development work

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is 50 USD / hour, which equates to 100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
