- Oversee multiple PODs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison with client stakeholders, managing priorities and expectations.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to delivery leads and technical teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination across engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years in IT delivery leadership roles, including at least 5 years in client-facing management.
- Strong background in the mortgage industry or financial services.
- Familiarity with technology stack:
o Java + Spring Boot
o Python / PySpark
o PostgreSQL
o AWS
o MongoDB
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
