[Remote] AI / ML Engineer (Kubernetes + AI)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Drillo.AI is seeking a highly skilled AI / ML Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on deploying and scaling advanced AI models in production environments using modern MLOps practices. Responsibilities • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on RAG pipelines and vector database integration • Implement scalable training and inference workflows using AWS SageMaker • Containerize and orchestrate ML workloads with Docker and Kubernetes • Optimize model performance, latency, and reliability in production environments • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions • Establish best practices for MLOps, including arenaflex/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated retraining Skills • 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or related fields • Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) • Proven track record deploying ML models on AWS SageMaker • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration • Solid understanding of MLOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Company Overview • Drillo is an AI venture studio partnering with startups, scale-arenaflex, and enterprises to accelerate innovation through artificial intelligence.
