Contract Software Developer (H-1B or U.S.-Based Only)

Summary

Rebral1 is seeking a skilled developer to transform an existing Lovable prototype into a fully functional software platform. The ideal candidate has experience taking prototypes into production, working independently, and building scalable, reliable applications. This is a contract role, and we can only accept candidates who are U.S.-based or currently on an H-1B visa.

Deliverables

• Develop the full software platform based on the current prototype
• Architect a scalable and efficient backend
• Implement a clean, user-friendly interface
• Integrate required APIs and data workflows
• Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance
• Ensure security and performance best practices
• Provide clear technical documentation and basic onboarding support

Responsibilities

• Translate prototype features into production-ready code
• Build and maintain front-end and back-end components
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability
• Collaborate with the internal team for requirements and feedback
• Deliver work on agreed timelines with clear communication

Required Skills

• Strong experience with full-stack development (React, Node, Python, or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON integrations
• Database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB)
• Ability to work independently and communicate progress clearly

Nice to Have

• Experience with education, training, or workforce platforms
• Experience building dashboards or data-driven interfaces
• UI/UX familiarity and ability to refine user experience

• Must already hold a valid H-1B visa with eligibility for C2C or contract engagement
