Job Title: Senior Backend Developer / Integration Specialist
Location : Dauphin County -PA (only locals )
Focus: Digital Payments, Tolling Integrations, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, IVR, Cloud Native Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, IVR, mobile apps, middleware, payment systems.
- Design and maintain backend services in GoLang & .Net.
- Build APIs, microservices, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Lead CI/CD, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Architect secure, scalable payment systems with PCI DSS compliance.
- Mentor teams and ensure best practices in cloud-native architectures.
- Design integrations for tolling projects: payment gateways, traffic systems, document management, cloud hosting.
- Implement monitoring, risk mitigation, and fraud prevention strategies.
- Fully document all technical work (designs, test plans, diagrams, reports).
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years senior development/integration experience (SAP, Dynamics, Azure, IVR).
- 5+ years payment processing applications (digital payments, compliance).
- 3+ years backend with GoLang.
- 3+ years backend with .Net.
- Strong REST API / microservices expertise.
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Hands-on with ADO, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Performance optimization in Go & .Net.
- Contact center modernization or high-volume integration projects.
Desired Skills
- Message queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ.
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana.
- Infra-as-Code: Terraform, Helm.
- IVR systems design & optimization (preferably tolling).
- Azure Government Cloud expertise (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices.
- Familiarity with tolling industry standards.
- Degree in CS/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
