AI/ML and Gen AI Engineer

We are seeking an AI/ML and GenAI Engineer with handson experience in MILVUS Vector database, Bedrock and AWS. You will work at the intersection of risk management and applied AI—building models, vector search pipelines, and GenAI-powered knowledge systems that transform how organizations manage risk and compliance challenges.

Responsibilities

Build, train, and optimize ML/AI models for fraud detection, anomaly detection, and identity risk.

Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM/GenAI workflows integrated with structured and unstructured data.

Work extensively with Milvus vector database for embedding storage, vector search, and knowledge retrieval.

Optimize vector search performance (index strategies, similarity metrics, latency tuning).

Integrate GenAI models with enterprise knowledge bases (documents, databases, APIs).

Engineer MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring of production AI systems.

Ensure interpretability, auditability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in applied ML/AI engineering.

Strong coding skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

Proven experience with vector databases (Milvus required) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Expertise in optimizing embedding search and integrating GenAI models with knowledge bases.

Hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs.

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes/Docker.

Solid grounding in data engineering (ETL, streaming, APIs).
